No Comment on Streaker--or Golf Score

WASHINGTON — President Clinton wasn’t telling Saturday whether he noticed the streaker that his motorcade passed on the way back to the White House after a round of golf.
The unidentified man, who had been playing rugby in a downtown park, stripped down to a stocking cap and running shoes. He then took off at a jog, heading straight toward the presidential motorcade, officials said.
Upon his return to the White House, Clinton was asked by reporters if he liked the rugby game and if he had any plans to go jogging. His only response was a grin.
