Deals in the Spotlight: An investment group led by Brutoco Development Co. of Covina has purchased Barranca Court, a 103,000-square-foot office complex in the Irvine Spectrum from TR Koll Venture Group of Newport Beach. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The project, currently 95% leased, consists of two three-story buildings. . . . Matson Builders of Irvine has broken ground on a $1.7-million medical facility for FHP Healthcare, one of the nation’s largest health maintenance organizations. The 38,000-square-foot Huntington Beach Senior Center, to be situated at 19006 Magnolia Ave., will include medical and examining rooms, a pharmacy, an optical boutique and offices. . . . The Koll Real Estate Group in Newport Beach has won a bid to develop, construct and manage what will be the largest state-owned build-to-suit, a 1.2-million-square-square-foot building in Sacramento for the California Department of Health Services.
