Bridgford Foods Corp.: The Anaheim convenience food processor posted a profit of $1.2 million, or 13 cents a share, for the first quarter of its 1994 fiscal year, compared to a profit of $1.2 million, or 12 cents a share, for the like period last year. Sales for the quarter ended Jan. 28 rose nearly 5%, to $28.4 million from $27.1 million.
