* Debi L. Reissman has been appointed president of Prescription Solutions, PacifiCare Health Systems Inc.’s pharmacy benefit management subsidiary in Cypress. She was previously executive vice president and chief operating officer of the subsidiary. Before that, Reissman was director of pharmacy and vision services for PacifiCare of California. She also held pharmacy management positions with Health Plan of America, HealthAmerica Corp. of California and MaxiCare.
