Comarco Inc.: The Yorba Linda provider of wireless communications products and engineering and facility management services posted a 27% decline in profit for fiscal 1994. The company said it earned $2.4 million, or 45 cents a share, for the year ended Jan. 31. That compared to profit of $3.3 million, or 60 cents a share, for the previous year. Revenue dropped 22% to $66.3 million from $84.7 million. Profit for the fourth quarter was $679,000, or 13 cents a share, compared to earnings of $897,000, or 17 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Three-month revenue was $17.2 million, down from $20.1 million.
