Sunday, April 10: Rep. Elton Gallegly (R-Simi Valley) launches his 1994 reelection campaign with a whistle-stop tour of Ventura County aboard a steam-powered train. The train departs the Santa Paula Depot at 3 p.m., chugs to Fillmore and returns three hours later. He will deliver an address at 4 p.m. in Fillmore. Information: 522-4487.
