Officials Deny Parole for Convicted Child Abuser

RALEIGH, N.C. —
A woman convicted of sexually abusing children at her Little Rascals Day Care was denied parole Friday. The State Parole Commission said Elizabeth T. Kelly would have to serve out her term. Under state law, she will be released 90 days before her sentence expires on March 30, 1995.
