Share

Venture Management Inc., a Ventura firm that provides companies with venture capital and other assistance, has made a deal to help an Austrian electronics company enter the U. S. market.

The Austrian concern, Gantner Electronics, is seeking manufacturers and distributors in this country for its multi-function transducer, or energy converter. The unit, called an intelligent sensor module, is already being sold to industrial customers in Europe, Venture Management reports.

The total U. S. market for the unit is estimated at $140 million annually. Gantner expects its sales of the module to top $1 million in the first year of its campaign.

Venture Management concentrates on international deals, although last year it arranged the recapitalization of Clamshell Buildings Inc., a Ventura producer of movable structures.
