Countywide : 4 Named to Agency for Disabled Rights

Gov. Pete Wilson has named four people to the Area XI Board of Developmental Disabilities, a state advocate agency designed to protect the rights of the disabled, officials said.
The five-member board is responsible for promoting public and professional awareness of barriers to the developmentally disabled throughout the county.
Appointees include Tou Yer Moua, 30, of Santa Ana; Christopher P. Hill, 42, of Santa Ana; Omadell Johnson, 73, of Orange, and Joyce C. Wing, 62, of Santa Ana.
Moua and Johnson will serve one-year terms. Wing and Hill will serve for two years.
