MAI Systems Corp.: The Irvine computer manufacturer, which emerged from bankruptcy protection Jan. 27, reported a 1993 profit of $145.5 million, including a one-time gain of $117.3 million from its reorganization. That compared to a loss of $182 million for 1992. Revenue fell 59% to $115.3 million from $279.4 million. For the fourth quarter, the company said profit totaled $59.4 million, including a reorganization gain of $60.4 million. That compared to a loss of $92.8 million for the same period a year earlier, when the company had a restructuring charge of $68.8 million. Three-month revenue declined 72% to $18.1 million from $63.8 million.
