Julee Rosso, co-author of the Silver Palate cookbooks (which have sold more than 5 million copies), is offering three-day cooks’ workshops at her inn in Saugatuck, Mich. An ad run in Food & Wine magazine mentions “The Silver Palate Cookbook” among Rosso’s credits, but not “Great Good Food,” her first solo book, which came out last year. That might be because she’s trying to forget it--critics said her fans deserved better.
