William E. Lawrence has been appointed regional apartment manager for Southern California by Pacific Gulf Properties Inc., a Newport Beach real estate investment trust. He was formerly a district manager for Lincoln Property Co., where he was responsible for the firm’s operations and marketing efforts in San Diego County. Lawrence has also held management positions with Balcor/American Express and R&B; Enterprises.
