Pearl Jammin’ Again: Despite the fact that the group postponed its recent tour, industry insiders say Pearl Jam will release a new studio album in late summer or early fall. No details on the new songs are available, and it is not known whether the band will supply accompanying music videos. Pearl Jam’s first album, “Ten,” has sold more than 6 million copies in the United States. Its last release, “Vs.,” has sold more than 5 million and debuted at No. 1 on the album chart, breaking first-week sales records.
