Cotrak Services Corp.: The firm said Thursday it has agreed to be acquired by Southwest Business Corp. of San Antonio.

Cotrak and Southwest, both privately held, supply insurance products to financial institutions. Cotrak will continue to operate out of its Anaheim office after the deal is completed, Chairman Robert Hayes said.

The new company will have 12 regional offices, 250 employees and an annual combined premium volume of more than $300 million.
