Fluor Daniel: The Irvine engineering company said Thursday it has won a $60-million contract from Ultramar Corp. in Greenwich, Conn., for engineering services at an oil refinery in Wilmington.

Fluor designed the original refinery in 1968 and completed expansions in 1978 and 1982. The new project is scheduled for completion in 1995.

Separately, Fluor Daniel said it has won a $20-million contract from Northern Indiana Public Services Co. to convert a power plant to burn low-sulfur coal. The project is scheduled for completion at midyear.
