Maid Plunges to Death

HONG KONG —
A maid who locked herself out of a Hong Kong high-rise plunged 37 stories to her death trying to lower herself into the apartment from the building’s roof, police said.
A red nylon clothesline she was using snapped soon after Downnoa Deelee climbed over the apartment roof’s edge and started to lower herself. She was described as a 30-year-old Thai with two children.
