* Kenneth A. Munkacy has been appointed president of Koll China Real Estate Co., a new division of Newport Beach-based Koll Real Estate Group specializing in real estate development ventures and services in China. Munkacy was previously director of development and acquisitions for Xerox Realty Corp., a subsidiary of Xerox, and senior vice president of Golub & Co. in Chicago.
