THE REGION : Students to Get Free County Fair Tickets
The Los Angeles County Fair will issue coupons for free admission for students in kindergarten through eighth grade to area schools that request them before Aug. 19.
The Pomona fair will run from Sept. 9 to Oct. 2. Regular admission prices are $8 for adults and $4 for children ages 6 to 12.
Coupons can be redeemed for student tickets every Monday through Friday.
