Re “Tax Stock Trades to End Speculation,” Column Left, April 28:
Triple taxation? Tax on corporate profits. Tax on shareholder distributions and gains. And now a proposal for taxation on original stock investments (which in many cases are after-tax individual earnings). Wall Street tea party anyone?
