Tetra Tech Inc. of Pasadena said it has completed the acquisition of Simon Hydro-Search Inc., a Denver-based water-resources management firm, for $6 million in cash, subject to adjustment based upon the amount by which the net asset value of the business on the closing date exceeds or is less than $2.7 million. . . . Arby’s Inc. said it signed a letter of intent to acquire 43 Los Angeles-area restaurants from KFF Management Inc., the current franchisee, for an undisclosed price.
