Major Stockholder Named to Head TeleGrafix

Patrick M. Clawson has been appointed president and chief executive of TeleGrafix Communications Inc. in Huntington Beach. He is also a major stockholder in the privately held company. Clawson had been founder and president of Public News Corp., a news and editorial services company in the Washington area, since 1986. In addition, Jeffrey Reeder, co-founder of the company, has been appointed chairman; James Bergman has been appointed vice president and chief operating officer; and Mark Hayton has been appointed vice president and chief technology officer.
