Ventura County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information about a Thousand Oaks burglary in which someone kicked open the door of a martial arts store and stole $13,500 worth of computer equipment and clothing.

During the nights of June 8 or 9, someone broke into Dragon Books, a publishing company that specializes in martial arts books, clothing and training equipment, and stole an Apple computer, software and other equipment, said Sgt. Kitty Hoberg of the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department.

The suspect also took a box of black Okinawan karate belts, which have red Japanese characters on them.
