Seniors Offered Free Health Tests
White Memorial Medical Center will hold a series of free health screenings for senior citizens during June and July.
The screenings will test cholesterol, glucose and blood pressure levels on Friday, July 8 and July 22 at Privilege Plus Senior Resource Center at White Memorial.
Appointments are required and can be made by calling HealthMatch at (213) 265-5050.
Privilege Plus is a program created by the medical center to supplement the hospital’s senior health care services. The free membership club for senior citizens age 55 and older provides educational activities and discounts at the hospital and at neighborhood businesses.
White Memorial Medical Center is at 1720 Cesar E. Chavez Ave.
