Look out, it’s coming your way Wednesday, as part of a Beverly Hills citywide festival to salute World Cup ’94. With Wednesday being “Spain Day,” there will be a Giant Paella Cook-Off--it’s a rice dish--at 2 Rodeo Drive at noon, with cooks using a pan that is eight foot in diameter for 8,000 pounds of paella.
