Switzerland’s team lost more than a game Sunday at Stanford in a 2-0 loss to Colombia.
According to Romania Coach Anghel Iordanescu, who was discussing the recent high temperatures at several World Cup venues, the Swiss weighed themselves before the game and after and had lost 36 kilograms, or about 79 pounds.
