Actress LONI ANDERSON has purchased a Beverly Hills-area home for $2.3 million, sources say.

Anderson, who made her TV debut in 1977 as the receptionist at Cincinnati radio station WKRP, starred in a May rerun of the 1991 TV movie “White Hot: The Mysterious Murder of Thelma Todd” and played a hospital administrator in the NBC sitcom “Nurses.”

She joined the cast of “Nurses” last summer, shortly after her husband, Burt Reynolds, star of the CBS sitcom “Evening Shade,” filed for divorce. Both series were canceled in May.

Anderson co-stars with Kenny Rogers in “Gambler V: Playing for Keeps,” a two-part movie to be aired on CBS Sept. 25 and Sept. 27.

The actress, 43, has been living in a 15,000-square-foot house on two acres in Bel-Air that she and Reynolds leased in 1990, two years after they were married and adopted their son, Quinton, who will be 6 in August. Reynolds leased a home in Encino last July.

Anderson’s new home has four bedrooms and maid’s quarters in 6,500 square feet. The Country French-style home, which also has San Fernando Valley views and a pool, was built two years ago.

Joe Babajian and Judy Cycon of Fred Sands Estates, Beverly Hills, shared the listing, and Joan Duffy of Fred Sands’ Sherman Oaks office represented Anderson.

ISAAC TIGRETT, who opened his House of Blues on the Sunset Strip in May and co-founded the Hard Rock Cafe in 1971, has sold his Bel-Air home of five years for close to its $1.25-million asking price, sources say.

Tigrett, 45, and Peter Morton founded the Hard Rock Cafe, and Tigrett later sold his interest for a reported $30 million.

The $9-million music club and restaurant in West Hollywood is Tigrett’s third House of Blues. His first one opened last year in Cambridge, Mass.; his second one opened in January in New Orleans. Backers are comedian Dan Aykroyd and the investment arm of Harvard University.

Tigrett and his wife, Maureen, sold their five-bedroom, 4,000-square-foot home because it was too small for them. The couple has a daughter who lives with them, but Maureen has three older children who live in England from her marriage to Ringo Starr, sources say.

Tigrett is leasing a larger home in the Beverly Hills area but considers London his primary residence when he’s not traveling in his private railroad car, which is decorated in an Indian motif, with artifacts from a maharajah’s palace.

His spiritual adviser is Sai Baba, an Indian swami who persuaded Tigrett to take a chance with the House of Blues. Sai Baba also inspired Tigrett to add posts and a gate from a dismantled palace in India to the home that was just sold.

The buyer of the house, described as a theatrical agent, was represented by Gloria Jennings of Nourmand & Associates, Beverly Hills. Tigrett was represented in the sale by Connie Gregory of Jon Douglas Co., Santa Monica.

Attorney RICHARD DUNSAY and his wife, Anita, have listed their 18th-floor Wilshire penthouse, which is in the same building where O.J. Simpson’s close friend, model/actress Paula Barbieri, lives.

“I’m selling it, because I’m really a house kind of guy,” Dunsay said of his condo. “I like walking out onto a grassy lawn rather than onto a balcony. I want a Golden Retriever, but you can’t have a Golden Retriever in an apartment.”

The 5,600-square-foot condo, where the Theresa Russell movie “Impulse” was filmed in 1989, is on the market at $2.25 million with Cecelia Waeschle and Marilyn Dunn, both of Rodeo Realty, Beverly Hills.
