Houston Grand Jury Clears USC Recruit

A grand jury in Houston found insufficient evidence to indict USC football recruit Antoine Simpson on sexual assault charges, according to Kent Schaffer, Simpson’s attorney.

Simpson and a friend had been accused by a teen-ager in Houston of assaulting her at a party May 29.

Schaffer said Simpson, a defensive lineman, still intends to enroll at USC this fall.
