Veterans Board to Meet in Ventura
Veterans who have questions about benefits or other issues can address the California Veteran’s Board when it meets at Ventura’s City Hall today.
The board, whose members are appointed by the governor, creates policies for the operations of the California Department of Veteran Affairs.
The board’s monthly meeting will be run by Board Chairman George Maness, and will close with an open forum for the public.
The meeting starts at 10 a.m. at City Hall at 501 Poli St. in Ventura.
