Residents must make an appointment with the Hazmobile Program, which will be collecting toxic household wastes Aug. 4-6 and Aug. 11-13.
The Public Works Department will disclose the location of the collection points only to those who make an appointment.
The Hazmobile Program, in place since February, gathers waste such as motor oil, pesticides, cleaners, paint and other household chemicals for safe and legal disposal.
Residents may drive through the collection line from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. once they have made their appointment.
For appointments call (800) 98-TOXIC from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
