Wahlco Environmental Systems Inc.: The Santa Ana manufacturer of air pollution control and power efficiency equipment said it lost $59.9 million, or $3.40 a share, for the second quarter, which included $56.4 million in one-time charges primarily from the write-down of goodwill. That contrasts with a profit of $205,600, or 1 cent a share, for the corresponding 1993 quarter. Revenue declined from $23.9 million to $18.6 million. For the first six months of 1994, the company posted a loss of $63.5 million, or $3.60 a share, contrasted with a year-earlier profit of $407,600, or 2 cents a share. Revenue fell to $35 million from $44.9 million.
