InVitro International: The Irvine maker of product safety tests reported a net loss of $1.1 million, or 9 cents a share, for its third fiscal quarter, compared with a net loss of $730,140 or 11 cents a share for the corresponding period last year. Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 dropped 38%, to $323,024 from $519,571. The company recorded a net loss of $3.1 million, or 27 cents a share, for the first nine months of the fiscal year, compared with a net loss of $2.5 million, or 40 cents a share, for the comparable period last year. Revenue was flat at $1.2 million.
