HOW THEY VOTED

* ADULT CABARETS--Approved an ordinance that will require adult cabarets, including those that feature striptease shows, to obtain a conditional-use permit requiring adequate parking and security. Under the current law, adult cabarets that do not serve alcohol are not regulated; neighbors of some of these establishments, however, have complained that they are still a nuisance. Passed 13-0.
