2 Investors Acquire 6.5% of PerfectData

PerfectData Corp., a Simi Valley supplier of computer and office maintenance products and accessories, said that two investors have acquired a 6.5% stake in the company.

According to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, Leland Polak and Mark Polak acquired the 227,000 shares of PerfectData common stock on the open market for investment purposes, the company said.
