Advanced Logic Research Signs With HawkNet

Advanced Logic Research Inc., an Irvine-based supplier of microcomputer systems, has signed a technology licensing agreement with HawkNet Inc., a Carlsbad software publisher.

The agreement, announced Monday, also involves a broader strategic partnership between the two companies in which ALR will market HawkNet’s NetTune software. Financial terms of the licensing agreement were not disclosed.

HawkNet’s software enhances network performance in Novell NetWare and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
