Lannet Inc.: The computer-networking products company said Monday it has signed a joint sales, marketing and technology-sharing agreement with Data Switch Corp. of Shelton, Conn.

Lannet, based in Irvine, said the agreement gives it access to Data Switch’s worldwide sales force of 170 people and an installed base of more than 2,000 IBM mainframe sites. Meanwhile, Data Switch obtains through the partnership access to Lannet’s local area networks based on personal computers and workstations.
