NEWPORT BEACH : Psychic Fair Will Feature Readings
The city will have “A Cosmic Affair” this weekend--a psychic fair offering readings by at least a dozen psychic readers and healers from a variety of disciplines.
Organizer Kathy Scott said her fairs are geared for “psychic virgins” and veterans and draw an average of 100 to 150 visitors a day.
“For people who have always wanted to go to a reader it’s very good, because they can come with a friend and see that there’s nothing scary going on,” she said.
Readings offered will include Tarot cards, palmistry, astrology, psychometry, iridology, dream analysis, handwriting analysis, bioenergetic healing and “script channeling,” in which the spirit guide gives the reader messages through her hand.
Aura photography will be available Sunday only.
The fair runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Hyatt Newporter, 1100 Jamboree Road.
Admission is $3, with reading prices ranging from $15 to $40, depending on the length of the reading.
