Century 21 Appoints VP of Marketing, Ads

* Paul Enghauser has been appointed vice president of marketing and advertising for Century 21 Real Estate Corp. in Irvine. He was previously executive vice president and general manager in charge of new business for Marketing And Inc., a marketing communications company. Enghauser also founded a consulting firm for retail, consumer, fast food, entertainment, travel and leisure, high technology and pharmaceutical-industry clients. Before that, he directed advertising for International Dairy Queen and division marketing for Burger King Corp.

* Gregory Lee has joined Green Light Communications as a public relations specialist for its new Orange County office in Santa Ana. Lee was previously an editor of education, computer and travel books and has been a public relations writer for the Los Angeles Department of Parks and Recreation.

* Dennis D. O’Neil has joined the Newport Beach law firm of Hewitt & McGuire. He has been a partner with Pettis, Tester, Kruse & Krinsky in Irvine since 1987, specializing in land use and public finance.
