GARDEN GROVE : Special-Education Needs Evaluated
The Garden Grove Unified School District is seeking to identify and screen children who may need special-education services.
By law, the district must provide appropriate public education to all residents with disabling conditions from 3 to 21 years old, district spokesman Alan Trudell said.
