Di-Tech Sold to Florida Company

A Florida company said Monday it has agreed to purchase Di-Tech Inc.’s assets and operations.

Based in Brea, Di-Tech manufactures water purification systems and has annual revenue of more than $1 million. It is a division of privately held Coast Filter Media Supply Co.

The purchaser, Aqua Care Systems Inc. of Hollywood, Fla., said it will pay for its acquisition with shares of stock but did not disclose the sale price.
