Southwest to Kick Off $25 Fare: Promoting its sponsorship of “Monday Night Football” broadcasts, Southwest Airlines said it will offer a $25 one-way fare every Monday night during football season in honor of the program’s 25th anniversary. The promotion--good for any nonstop flight beginning at 7 p.m. Mondays and applying to every seat--starts Sept. 12. The airline will hold “pep rallies” in 14 cities in mid-September to publicize the fares.
