NEWPORT BEACH : Private Supper Club Request Withdrawn
A resident who had sought permission to open a private supper club called Tiffany’s II at the five-story Harbor Tower and Marina at 3333 W. Coast Highway has withdrawn plans for the club indefinitely.
The proposal was to go before the Planning Commission last week but was withdrawn without explanation by the applicant, Edward Martinez St. Clair.
Although there was little resident opposition to the proposal, police investigator David Szkaradek stated in a report to the commission that other nightclubs at the site have created problems for police.
