BURBANK : Hearing on Airport Terminal Postponed
A court hearing on Burbank Airport’s plans to build a new, larger terminal has been postponed until Nov. 28 to give airport officials more time to prepare, an attorney said.
Airport officials are under a Superior Court judge’s orders to redo work on an environmental report that concludes the terminal will not significantly increase noise in the area.
The airport’s governing board has until Oct. 31 to approve an updated environmental study before it is presented to the judge, said Deputy City Atty. Keith Pritsker.
