Vikki Holmes has joined Thomas Wilck Associates, an Irvine public relations and public affairs firm, as account supervisor. She was previously a free-lancer for the Benjamin Group Inc., an Orange County technology agency, and was director of public relations for NHC, a health-care public relations firm. Holmes was also public relations coordinator for Thrasher Advertising and spent six years in the Western region office of Waste Management Inc.
