The victim was 5-foot-1, weighed 146 pounds, and was wearing a white pullover shirt with beige pants, brown belt, and white tennis shoes and socks, authorities said.
The body was found Aug. 28 on a bicycle trail north of 3800 Riverdale Avenue.
