Sheriff’s Deputy Arrested on Marijuana Charge
A Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputy assigned to the Carson station was arrested Friday for allegedly furnishing marijuana to a minor, authorities said.
Glenn Anthony Huling, 34, a six-year veteran of the department, was in jail on a felony charge after an internal Sheriff’s Department investigation, a sheriff’s spokesman said.
The allegation was reported to the Sheriff’s Department on Thursday and stemmed from an incident allegedly occurring one week earlier, said Sgt. Ron Spear. Further details were not available.
Huling’s arraignment is scheduled for Monday.
