Landmark Bancorp: The La Habra holding company for Landmark Bank earned $585,000, or 31 cents a share, for the third quarter. That was down from a profit of $702,000, or 37 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Last year’s quarterly earnings, however, were boosted significantly by a settlement that added $540,000 to the bottom line. For the first nine months of 1994, Landmark earned $1.2 million, or 64 cents a share, up from a profit of $1 million, or 53 cents a share, for the same period last year. Assets rose 26% to $264 million at the end of September from $210 million a year earlier.
