US Facilities Corp.: The Costa Mesa-based insurance underwriter reported net income of $2.1 million, or 35 cents per share, for the third quarter. That was up from earnings of $1.5 million, or 26 cents per share, for last year’s third quarter. Revenue increased to $29.5 million from $29 million in the 1993 third quarter. Nine-month net income fell to $3.5 million, or 58 cents per share, from $5.2 million, or 88 cents per share, last year. Revenue for the nine-month period rose 12% to $92.2 million from $82.2 million last year.
