Tokos Medical Corp.: The Santa Ana provider of managed care services for expectant mothers said that it lost $944,000, or 5 cents a share, for the third quarter, compared with a loss of $2.7 million, or 15 cents a share, for the third quarter of 1993. Revenue was down 11% to $25.2 million from $28.3 million. The net loss for the nine-month period was $3.4 million, or 20 cents a share. That compares with a loss of $9.6 million, or 56 cents a share, for the corresponding period of 1993, which included a $6-million restructuring charge. Revenue dropped 19% to $76.7 million from $94.4 million.
