Let me be sure I understand this! In Orange County it’s OK for the government to make crack cocaine to sell because it’s safer than the street stuff (Oct. 20).
In L.A. County dirty dope needles can’t be exchanged for clean ones because L.A. County might be liable for any harm that results and further, L.A. County can’t do anything that violates state law (Oct. 26).
Am I missing something here?
