Orange County Home Sales
October sales of new and existing homes in Orange County were up 5% compared to the same month last year, according to TRW REDI property data. A total of 2,752 homes were sold last month compared to 2,621 homes sold in October, 1993. Home sales increased 21.9% during the first 10 months of this year, with 30,206 homes sold, compared to 24,771 sold during the same period of 1993.
